Naniwa's kushikatsu is fried by Idoyan, who was trained in Osaka.

The owner discovered kushikatsu at the age of 17 and became addicted to it. He studied and recreated traditional kushikatsu, and passed on his passion to the masters he met, which resulted in the creation of a new kind of kushikatsu. Kushikatsu at Kushikatsu Idoya uses thin breadcrumbs made to order in millimeters. The kushikatsu has a slightly sweet flavor to it. Do you find deep fried foods easy to feel heavy on your stomach? Those days are over! Please give it a try.
