The owner discovered kushikatsu at the age of 17 and became obsessed with it. He studied and recreated the traditional kushikatsu, and passed his passion on to the masters he met, resulting in the creation of a new kind of kushikatsu. This is Kushikatsu Idoya. The thin breading is custom-made to the millimeter. The kushikatsu has a subtle sweetness to it. Do you often feel heavy after eating fried foods? Those days are over! Please give it a try!
