In fact, even the izakaya menu at Kushikatsu Idoya is surprisingly elaborate. Basically, everything is homemade. We have a wide variety of delicious dishes, including kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot), motsunabe (offal hotpot) with a distinctive dashi broth, salt-grilled wild sweetfish from Totsukawa Village, sashimi made with chicken slaughtered that morning, and homemade obanzai (side dishes) that change weekly.
